漢鐘螺桿式冷媒壓縮機的冷凍油的維護操作說明
1．潤滑油的作用：
1）在螺桿與壓縮室以及陰陽螺桿間形成動態(tài)密封,  減少制冷劑在壓縮過程中由高壓側(cè)向低壓側(cè)的泄漏。
2）冷卻被壓縮的制冷劑, 油被噴入壓縮機內(nèi), 吸收制冷劑氣體在壓縮過程中產(chǎn)生的熱量,  降低排氣溫度。
3）在軸承以及螺桿間形成油膜用以支撐轉(zhuǎn)子, 并起潤滑作用。
4）傳遞壓差力量, 驅(qū)動容量調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng), 經(jīng)由壓縮機的加卸載電磁閥的動作, 調(diào)節(jié)容調(diào)滑塊的位置, 實現(xiàn)壓縮機容量調(diào)節(jié)控制。
5）降低運轉(zhuǎn)噪音
說明：壓縮機內(nèi)部潤滑油系維系壓縮機正常運轉(zhuǎn)之關(guān)鍵，一般潤滑油的問題有：
１）異物混入，致潤滑油污染，阻塞機油過濾器。
２）高溫效應(yīng)致潤滑油劣化，失去潤滑功能。
３）系統(tǒng)水份污染、酸化、侵蝕電機。
２．壓縮機冷凍油檢測和更換：
對于系統(tǒng)廠商而言，壓縮機冷凍油的檢測和更換周期與其生產(chǎn)制程的工藝控制有關(guān)。如果系統(tǒng)的蒸發(fā)器和冷凝器及系統(tǒng)管路的潔凈度控制比較好，那么相對而言進入壓縮機的污染物就比較少，檢測和保養(yǎng)周期就可以相對加長。

2 compressor oil detection and replacement:

For manufacturers, detecting the compressor oil and replacement period and its production process process control. If the evaporator and condenser and system piping system cleanliness control is better, less pollutant so relatively speaking into the compressor, detection and maintenance cycle can be relatively extended.
